This is the scope Growfully sells today. It is a description of capability, not a claim about any particular job. The job list appears here once the photographs and the owner’s sign-off exist.
Rough and fine grade to plan elevations, with the slope and compaction your pad detail calls for.
Raw ground to buildable site: clear, strip, grade, compact and stone in one contracted scope.
Standing vegetation ground in place to a mulch mat – no burn piles, no hauling, minimal soil disturbance.
Undergrowth, briar and small-diameter growth cleared for access, fence lines and sight lines.
Hauling, spreading and shaping fill – pads, access roads, parking areas and balanced cut-and-fill.
Positive drainage, swales, culverts and silt control that keeps a finished grade where you put it.
We would rather show you nothing than show you somebody else's dirt.

The most useful thing we can offer before the photography lands is a site visit while a machine is working. Call David Culberson and he will tell you what is open this week and meet you there.
He will also put you in touch with a general contractor or owner whose ground he has worked. You can ask someone other than us whether the schedule held.
